A member's transmittal log is a verifiable provenance record of their passages: for each passage it lists the title, status (draft, community review, author revision, final vote, canonical, or archived), author, word and character counts, a SHA-256 fingerprint of the content, and a dated history of creation, edits, and revisions. It exists so authorship and the integrity of every passage can be independently verified.
